Terms & Conditions

Room Block Option One
Reserve a block of 10 rooms or more for your guests, with a required pickup of at least 80% of the contracted block. For example, if you reserve 5 rooms for Friday and 20 rooms for Saturday, your total pickup requirement would be 20 nights (25 rooms × 80%). If the required room nights are not booked, you would be financially responsible for the difference.

Once you request this option, we’ll create an agreement confirming your rate and all details. A 30-day cutoff date prior to arrival will be set—after this date, your guests will no longer have access to the special rate, so be sure to share the deadline with them. After the agreement is signed, you’ll receive a personalized web link and block code to make booking easy for your guests.

Room Block Option Two
Choose a 15% discount code for your guests to use when booking. The exact rate will vary depending on when they book and the type of room selected. With this option, rooms are not held out of inventory, and we cannot guarantee availability, quote a fixed rate, or track which guests have booked under your event (meaning no rooming lists or gift bag deliveries).

Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and no personalized booking link is provided—this is a general discount available to your guests. Upon request, we’ll create an agreement to confirm your discount and all related details.
